Poor construction

My black Lon cardigan lasted for only 5 weeks before starting to come apart at the seams. I wrote to Customer services and was offered a discount to pay for a repair. Unfortunately, I have not received any discount and can't find anyone who does repairs. So I have been left with an expensive unwearable garment. I won't be buying from Masai again!
